Faltan doce días para que los venezolanos se acerquen a las urnas para definir quién será el próximo presidente. Unos 21.000.000 de ciudadanos están habilitados para votar al candidato que mejor consideren, tanto dentro como fuera del país. Pero cinco millones de ese total no podrán hacerlo porque el régimen les impidió inscribirse en el extranjero. Sólo pudieron actualizar sus datos 69 mil del total que compone la diáspora en todo el mundo. Sumado a la abstención promedio histórica, se espera que sean 12 millones los que sufraguen.
